Dr. Ruchir Mehta is a pediatric and preventive dentist, a specialist in holistic dental problems of children aged 0-16 years. He completed his graduation from government Dental College and Hospital, Jamnagar. He has been awarded a national award for highest university merits in the subject of Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry and secured 2nd University rank. His passion and affection for kids led him to pursue post graduation at Nootan Dental College and Hospital, Visnagar. He has been awarded two consecutive national awards in innovative research & child friendly advance technologies in Lucknow and Bhopal by Indian Society of Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry (ISPPD). His research articles focusing on innovative pediatric anesthesia delivery-systems have been published in various national and international journals. His areas of specialization are Sleep Disordered Breathing, Pediatric Airway Management, Procedural Sedation, Pediatric Orthodontics, Pediatric Endodontics, Pediatric Minor Oral Surgeries, Pediatric Prosthodontics, Pediatric esthetic dentistry & Sports Dentistry. His empathetic and kid-friendly nature has won lot of tiny hearts. He diligently organizes and participates in pediatric health based school camps, drawing competitions, Kite festivals and sport events and what not.
